Let’s break down your shooting glasses lens color options: Two characteristics that every shooter needs. Lens Color MattersĪll of the eyewear in our shooting glasses section are ANSI Z87.1-2015 certified, so does it really matter whether you want amber versus gray lenses? Oh, yes, it does! Different safety glasses lens colors enhance your vision in various lighting conditions, improving visual clarity and depth perception. Yet, there can be some confusion around the many lens color options you have to choose from for your shooting eyewear. There’s no mystery surrounding why shooting glasses are a critical accessory – your eyes are precious, and you need to protect them. Please see the Rifle page for further details. If you’re an avid hunter or target shooter, you already know that shooting glasses are an absolute necessity every time you handle a firearm, whether it’s at the shooting range or in the field. On the afternoon of shooting, the course of 5 or 6 stands, giving rounds of 50 targets, is set up by those club members available, usually a group of dedicated volunteers who kindly give up their time to ensure set up is completed ready for the evening shoot, with a view to making it different to the previous week/s, so there are always new target presentations to consider - some easier and some not! No two shooting sessions will be the same.

We can supply a club shotgun or two by prior arrangement (see Contact Us). Additional shoots may be added for Christmas etc.
